| Started in 1990, the River of Time Living History Encampment is a free educational event for people of all ages. Our encampment draws re-enactors from around the Midwest, who come to dress and live the roles of folks from a more simplistic, if sometimes more difficult time. In the outdoor setting of Veterans Memorial Park on the bank of the Saginaw River it showcases a time-line of eras in the history of North America, Michigan, and Bay County.
